Shipping policy

We are a boutique located in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.

All orders are shipped directly from our store.

 

Important Notice for All Overseas Residents

Orders placed from outside Japan are exempt from Japanese taxes.

Payments made on this website include the product price, shipping costs, and handling fees.
Please note that customs duties are not included.

Free shipping for orders under 2 kg is calculated based on the total weight, including packaging materials.
If free shipping is available, it will be displayed in the shipping options, so please be sure to select the free shipping option.

For shipments via Japan Post, the package will be handed over to FedEx or a local postal carrier, and delivered by one of those carriers.
For shipments via Yamato, the package will be handed over to UPS.

Delivery from the time an international order is placed until it arrives takes 5 to 12 days.

Standard shipping is free for orders of ¥50,000 or more, or for packages weighing 2 kg or less.

Standard shipping (up to 12 business days) is a flat rate of ¥2,000.

Express shipping (up to 6 business days) is a flat rate of ¥3,500.

 

Asia 1 (India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mongolia, Laos)

All shipments are handled by Japan Post.

Standard shipping is free for orders of ¥70,000 or more and for packages weighing 2 kg or less.

Standard shipping (up to 12 business days) is a flat rate of ¥2,500.

Express shipping (up to 9 business days) is a flat rate of ¥4,000.

 

Asia 2 (Countries and regions other than those in Asia 1) and the Middle East

All shipments are handled by Japan Post.

Standard shipping is free for orders of ¥80,000 or more, or for packages weighing 2 kg or less.

Standard shipping (up to 12 business days) is a flat rate of ¥3,000.

Express shipping (up to 10 business days) is a flat rate of ¥4,500.

All shipments are handled by Japan Post.

All shipments are handled by Yamato Transport.

Shipping is free for orders of ¥100,000 or more.

Express shipping (up to 7 business days) is a flat rate of ¥6,000.

Europe, Canada, Mexico

All shipments are handled by Japan Post.

Standard shipping is free for orders of ¥80,000 or more, or for packages weighing 2 kg or less.

Standard shipping (up to 12 business days) is a flat rate of ¥3,500.

Express shipping (up to 9 business days) is a flat rate of ¥5,000.

All shipments are handled by Japan Post.

international Custom Duties

When ordering goods from (my brain is only a) receiver for delivery outside of Japan, please be aware that your shipment may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination. You will be responsible for paying these charges, which we cannot control or predict. Customs policies vary significantly by country, so it’s advisable to contact your local customs office for information before placing your order. Additionally, if customs clearance procedures are necessary, they may cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be legally imported into your country, and we will not be liable for any violations of such laws.

Delivery

All items will be shipped with tracking to the address provided by the client. Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text message.

Refused Shipments

If your shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet within the designated time frame, it will be returned to the sender. You may request that the order be reshipped, but this will be at your expense.
