Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
For full-price items, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges for size, color, or product changes are subject to availability.
Refunds for returns will not be issued; instead, compensation will be provided in the form of store credit (currency usable on this online site).
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All shipping and handling fees incurred during returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
*To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached). All shoes must be in the same condition as when purchased, free of dirt, scratches, or other damage, including the soles. Please return the item in its original, undamaged shoe box. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Order cancellations are only accepted before shipment. If a cancellation is received after shipment, the item will be returned via store credit, and the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We thoroughly inspect the quality of all products before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Store Credit
Once your return arrives at our facility and processing is complete, store credit will be applied to your account. This credit has no expiration date.
