Apr 14, 2026 OPPOSE DUALITY

Bad sentence 13 "Flimsy"

駄文十三 "ぺらぺらで"

With a pair of fine wings, you could fly straight to the next country.

If you’re light on your feet, freedom is within reach.

Take a fake passport and don’t flinch in the face of the KGB.

If even a single layer of plating is stripped away, it’s all over.

No matter how thickly you paint it, the inside remains shallow.

All you need is unfounded confidence.

Yes, it’s easier than anything else.

It’s fine to be shallow.

You must keep both body and mind light.

OPPOSE DUALITY

CHAMBRAY MACKINAW SHIRTS

ONE SIDE HALF LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRTS

A shirt that creates an optical illusion.

A long T-shirt you can wear with the person next to you.

A jacket that shimmers like the segments of a beetle.

A blouson where the contrast between technical cutting and the individual components really stands out.

This season’s oppose duality features high-quality fabrics.

A unique feel created by the lack of a sense of déjà vu and the three-dimensional patterns.

I can’t wait to introduce each piece individually.

For now, there’s a phrase that perfectly captures these clothes.

Leather is often likened to a second skin.

These fabrics are like new cocoons.

They’re soft, with silhouettes that hug the body, offering room where needed, yet their minimalist details banish any sense of datedness.

“It’s comfortable, so anything will do, right?”

Exactly. And precisely because “anything” won’t do, I recommend oppose duality.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what a clothing store really needs.

Well-reasoned product descriptions, stylish styling, an atmosphere that includes the setting, and staff with great style.

I wonder.

For now, since I don’t have any “power” (like connections, money, or influence), I can’t run a store that relies on that kind of power.

Even if I come up with one answer, it probably won’t be the definitive one.

Because everyone wants something different.

One thing that’s clear to me is that I believe in the power of each individual person.

Regardless of body type, face, style, eye color, or skin tone.

I believe that in private settings, away from social status, everyone possesses a unique quality—in a positive sense.

I call that individuality, and there are clothes that suit each person’s individuality.

That said, I wouldn’t go so far as to say that anything looks good on them.

If I think something doesn’t suit them, I reflect on ways to improve it or whether I’ve overlooked something.

My job isn’t just about selling; it’s about understanding the customer’s individuality and thinking about what’s needed to bring out their charm.

But thinking about the customer isn’t something required simply because I’m a clothing store owner.

It’s something necessary whenever a transaction takes place between people.

A veneer to adorn a shallow interior.

An outer shell that expresses individuality.

Armor to protect oneself.

In the business of selling goods, the role of a clothing store seems to be one where there are no clear answers and no absolute truths.

While there are aspects that must be left to chance, I wonder if there is something else I can do as a clothing store owner.

At the very least, I don’t think it involves putting on a mask.

I will continue to ponder this for a long time to come.
